About Florida Trackdays
Helping Motorcycle Riders Build Skills Since 2008
Experience your motorcycle on a racetrack, develop your riding skills, and spend the day with people who share your passion.
Florida Trackdays brings together motorcycle riders of different experience levels for organized track days, rider instruction, and opportunities to grow. Whether you’re preparing for your first track day or looking to sharpen your technique, we help you take the next step.
Our Story
Founded in 2008 by Tony West, Florida Trackdays was created to give motorcyclists a place to explore their motorcycles’ capabilities while learning in a controlled racetrack environment.
Since then, we have welcomed thousands of riders through our schools and events. Our approach combines classroom instruction, time on track, and guidance from instructors with years of riding and racing experience.
Our goal is straightforward: help riders become more knowledgeable, confident, and capable while enjoying the experience of riding on a racetrack.
Your First Track Day Starts Here
You don’t need racing experience to get started. If you’re comfortable operating your motorcycle but have never ridden on a racetrack, our Novice group is the place to begin.
Novice registration includes our New Rider School at no additional charge. Classroom instruction and on-track guidance introduce you to track procedures and help you develop your riding skills alongside other riders learning the track.
You’ll have opportunities to ask questions, learn from experienced instructors, and build familiarity throughout the day.
Riding Groups for Different Experience Levels
Florida Trackdays organizes riders into Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced groups to accommodate different levels of track experience and riding ability.
First-time track riders begin in Novice. Experienced track riders can choose an appropriate group, with staff providing guidance and adjusting placement when needed.
This structure allows riders to continue developing as their skills and experience grow.
Making Track Riding More Accessible
Getting started shouldn’t mean purchasing every piece of equipment before your first event.
Florida Trackdays offers leather suit, motorcycle boot, and glove rentals, with qualifying Novice riders eligible for rental reimbursement after participating and returning the equipment in accordance with our rental policy. Riders must bring their own qualifying full-face helmet.
Need a motorcycle too? Our motorcycle rental program offers a convenient way to participate without bringing your own bike.
Reserve early—equipment sizes and motorcycle availability are limited.

More Than Time on Track
A Florida Trackdays event is an opportunity to learn, meet fellow riders, and enjoy your motorcycle in a dedicated riding environment.
From the morning briefing to your final session, our instructors and event staff help you understand the day’s procedures and make the most of your track time. Experience-based riding groups, mandatory rider briefings, and motorcycle technical inspections provide structure throughout the event.
Motorcycle track riding carries inherent risks. Following event rules, preparing your equipment, and riding within your abilities are essential parts of participation.
